Walk With Ease

Walk with Ease is a multi-component program that includes walking, health education, stretching and strengthening exercises and motivational strategies. This evidence-based program is designed for people with or without arthritis that would like to start a regular walking program. Walk with Ease classes are being offered through Shasta Senior Nutrition Program (SSNP) and Redding Recreation.

Sign up today for a class near you! Classes meet for 6 weeks and cost $15-20/six-week session. See class schedules and flyers below for more information.

Location: Redding Teen Center in Caldwell Park
Dates: T/W/Th, April 17 - May 24
Time: 12-1 pm

Location: Redding Recreation Center
Dates: M/T/Th, May 28 - July 5
Time: 8-9 am

Location: Redding Teen Center in Caldwell Park
Dates: M/W/Th, July 16 - August 23
