Shasta Family YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program Information Session-May 3, 2022
Do you you struggle with your weight, have a family member with diabetes, or have high blood sugar?
The Shasta Family YMCA Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Change Program can help you lose 5 to 7% of your body weight and reduce your risk for developing type 2 diabetes by more than half. Gain the resources and knowledge you will need to take your first steps in battling prediabetes.
You are invited to attend a free information session that will be held on Tuesday, May 3rd, 4:00pm at the Shasta Family YMCA, Y South Building. Membership in the Shasta Family YMCA is not required.
